Distance healing is pretty simple. Similar to your friend calling right as you were thinking about them, something unseen and magical is happening. It's just the theory of quantum entanglement, particles can be connected over space and time.
For an in-person healing, a Reiki practitioner would gently place their hands on or near someone to share this healing energy. With Reiki distance healing, they don't have to be in the same room or even the same country as the person they are helping.
Connection Through Intention
The Reiki practitioner focuses their thoughts and feelings on the person they want to help. It’s like sending a prayer or good wishes. They set a clear intention to send healing energy to that person.
Energy Knows No Boundaries
Just like how you can talk to someone on the phone no matter how far away they are, Reiki energy can travel any distance. The practitioner imagines the person they are sending energy to, sometimes using a picture or just their name.
Sending the Energy
Through meditation and visualization, the practitioner channels healing energy and sends it to the person in need. They might use symbols and techniques learned in their Reiki training to focus and direct the energy
Receiving the Energy
The person receiving the Reiki doesn’t need to do anything special. They might feel a warm sensation, tingling, or just a sense of calm and peace, but even if they don’t feel anything noticeable, the energy is still working to help balance their body and mind.
In simple terms, Reiki distance healing is like sending a warm, loving hug across space and time.
