session format
We’ll begin with a check-in to understand where you are in this moment and identity any areas of focus.
During the session, Allison will tune into your energy. Each session is unique and we may weave in breath work, visualization or embodiment practices to release stuck energy.
After the session, we will debrief.

preparation + aftercare
PREPARATION
- Find a quiet space where you can be undisturbed for 1 hour.
- Make yourself comfortable in a space clear of clutter. It's nice to lay down for the session.
- Word to the wise: light a candle, burn incense and support your body with pillows cover your eyes.
AFTERCARE
After your session, take your time integrating the experience. Drink plenty of water, avoid alcohol and give yourself space to keep your energy inward.
You may have insights in the days and weeks that follow, it can be nice to share them with me, or write them down in a journal.
