Our Approach
We take a holistic approach, integrating mind, body and emotions to shape your collection. We'd like to learn what's alive in you, where might a shift bring you closer to your truth.
In this 30 minute session, you will be led through breathing exercises, and a guided meditation to connect with your higher self.
We'll use reiki, a Japanese energy healing technique to identify any blocks or imbalances in your system and will recommend 3-5 healing crystals to help you find more ease and balance.
